Cobble:

Our 2-6- inch cobble consists of rock that passes through a 6-inch grizzly and is retained on a 2-inch square screen. Since the rock is sized on the top end by a grizzly, the larger rocks can sometimes be much larger than 6-inches in one dimension (although typically less than 12-inches). However, at least one dimension is smaller than 6-inches. This is one of our newer product offerings and has been popular with our customers looking for rock for stream restoration projects. It is also a great, colorful alternative to the gray river rock that is so prevalent in the Grand Valley. As we develop this product further, we will be looking at splitting the cobble into two products, one with the larger cobble and one with the smaller. At this time all we have available is the 2-6- inch cobble.
